Interior Design Business Marketing Plan

Who isn't searching for an interior design business marketing plan that is done for you and easy to follow? Maybe that person over there who doesn't actually want to make money. They are truly a silly goose!

One of the things that I know about interior designers is that keeping up with your monthly marketing is usually a task you leave until the end of the month. Am I right?

When you haven't been disciplined enough to keep yourself on task when it comes to marketing your business, you're going to end up with a struggling design business.

You are a marketer first, designer second. #sadbuttrue

If people don't know you exist, it makes it really hard to get clients. That's why you need to have a plan in place for marketing your business.

If you don't have an interior design business marketing plan, you don't have a business

Let me guess... You don't have any ideas for blog posts that will help you capitalize on those sales next month. You haven't emailed your fans in forever and just need something to send them. You'd love some new ideas to make some money next month. You'd love some design tips to share on social media. You'd love a non-sleazy way to generate more business on social media.

Take the thinking out of the process and use these ideas to promote and market yourself online so you can grow your design business as we head into the busiest time of the year.

Ideas To Creating Your Interior Design Business Marketing Plan

Go through the year, note the holidays and how you can market your services for those… maybe it’s a man cave makeover for Father’s Day or ways to decorate your kitchen for Christmas. There’s practically a holiday for every day of the year - so this shouldn’t be too hard.

Think of monthly themes that you can tie to a limited time offer and also create content around that package to promote it on social media.

Create a list of decorating tips, related to your monthly topic, that you can create graphics for and share on social media platforms. You may even want to create conversation starters for your audience by asking questions about your topic to your audience.
